63 of #100daychallenge: excessive

I think as I get older, my heart is overflowing with purpose and it makes me want to fill and spend all of my time purposefully. I am either going with purpose or avoiding it.

It reminds me of that thing that Oprah says about a Yes with a little bit of No in it simply being a No. It is transformative to put apply this clarification to daily life. Being real about the No’s is not easy, but it sure is more efficient!

We have a lot of choices it seems, but any choices that are not clearly connected or in the direction of purpose are just excess and distraction. Being real about purpose and distraction is also more efficient and rewarding!

In 2018, we are excessive. There is absolutely no doubt about this reality. More begets more. We may have choice and the ability to manifest “more” but we do not have choice and ability about the begotten more.

Just because I can, should I?

Just because I should, why should I?

The more I talk out loud, the more I realize that no one knows what I’m saying.

The more I write, the more I understand myself.

It’s less important to express specific things to specific people than it is to be expressive — to use all expression in our daily lives in everything we do.

To feel our own expression.
