50 of #100daychallenge: optimization

Hello! Today is day 50 and I have learned so much, but mostly that it’s time to recalibrate and optimize.

I’ve been enjoying doing my writing challenge at the end of each day, because everything else is done for the day and I’m able to sit and reflect a bit. However, I have been spending too much time on the writing and visuals for this challenge and I have become sleep deprived.

Not being well-rested makes everything more difficult, especially waking up early and exercising!!! I am sick of feeling like a slug, so I’m going to get to bed by 10:30pm every evening and wake up earlier.

I’m excited to feel better and see this challenge through the 100th day!
