98 of #100daychallenge: Top Ten Truths #2

The journey to simple is often confusing and complex. Simple truly is simple as a concept and a construct.

Simple in practice creates a confusion because the concept and the construct match perfectly. Initially, the sight of perfection or wholeness seems uninteresting and as if there is nothing for us to do.

It’s unbelievable, it’s probably in need of rigorous testing. This is because our connection to purpose is driven by the principle of finding lack, a problem or gap, that we engineer and give definition, form and shape to so that the usefulness and the value of some thing is clear and relatable to others.

I sometimes view myself as a perfectionist, but when propositioned with perfection in real life, I am unable to recognize, comprehend and believe it. Most of our chronic problems are simple and require clear and simple actions to alleviate them. I notice a funny thing when I try to debate and argue this point. When I lose, I win!

Just add “now”

I do not deny the complexity of added complexity. I do question why I don’t focus on the simplicity if I desire something to be simple or simpler. When the desire is for simple, set complexity aside altogether. When the desire is for simple, attempt to see, feel, hear the truth.

Simple rises from truth.
