87 of #100daychallenge: crescendos

I love feeling the crescendos of life. My favorite crescendos usually involve some moment where solitude and gratitude collide and I’m blasted into the intersection of all the realities. Most of the time one reality matters more than another one at a time for some reason. When all the dimensions become aligned through me, I feel completely alive and in the moment. Alive enough to understand and make sense and reconcile the conflicts of past, present and future.

The crescendos build us up and culminate into one point that becomes us. There is no better feeling. It’s a life purpose and an addiction to be a creator and experiencer of crescendo for ourselves and others. The art of crescendo is often ugly before it is beautiful and completely tragic in its isolation from everything. It is everything in one, yet somehow becomes separate of each element. It is confusing, because it cannot truly be dissected or replicated, though we try. Crescendo is orchestrated and emanates from within. It is unique to who we are and our experience. We may connect with others in the presence of crescendo and it is extraordinary. Yet, in that same experience, we see, hear, know and understand how we are most likely not really experiencing things together in the same reality.

It’s a feeling of finding brilliance and refuge in the envelopment of our own experience, as well as the heartache and love of knowing no one will ever know or experience these experiences the way I do. And, so it must be that I am alive for the very reason I am. I see why I’ve been feeling the painful beauty of what it is to be me. It’s all true, but not for the reasons I’d been thinking.
